 great iPhone case November 22, 2008
The bare iPhone 3G is prone to cracking if dropped. So I think such a case is - unfortunately - a necessity with the iPhone 3G.
I first bought this case for my iPhone and loved it. We then bought a second one for my wife's iPhone. Friends with iPhones - when they see this case - also want to get it.
That said - the fit to the iPhone 3G is excellent and it is very comfortable to hold in your hand. This hard shell case provides great protection for the iPhone 3G. It is available in black, blue, and red colors. We have both the black and blue cases and I think the blue color is very sharp.
The only downside on the case is that it won't fit in the dock on our iPhone-compatible clock radio. Thus we can't use the iPhone dock insert for the clock radio and we need to use the clock radio without a snug fit in the dock. This issue would happen with any similar iPhone case. However - it is pretty simple to open and remove the iPhone from this case if desired.
Bottom line - we think this is one of the best iPhone 3G case options out there.
Hard case November 13, 2008
I really like this hard case. I keeps my iphone from getting scratched. The only down side to all extra cases is you must get a belt holder that can hold the extra size. Many blet loop holders only hold the iphone without a cover.
 Decent Case but scrathes your phone November 6, 2008
I liked the product for a while until I took off the case to discover that it was scratching the sides of my phone. It's supports a fall if you dont care about the scrathes.

The hole in the case where you charge the iphone is too small. In oder to charge it or connect to a computer, you must take the case off. Poorly designed.

If you are looking for a good case for a good price, you should definitely check out this case. The case is made out of polycarbonate, which is a good material for cases intended to have a small form factor. Utilizing polycarbonate allows the case to remain thin while still being able to provide ample protection for the iPhone 3G. The case also has an outer layer coated with a rubber-paint, which provides a decent grip. This rubber texture however, differs from those cases comprised entirely out of rubber which make it hard to fit in your pocket. This case fits nicely into a jeans pocket, without the case making it to bulky to be use able. If you are looking for a slim fit hard case of decent quality, this is the product for you.
