Does What It Says... October 27, 2008
Just get the right size and it will help hold you in. It also helps me with my posture, and I can wear it most of the day (at day's end it gets old, but what doesn't when you just want to go home and relax?). Make sure you don't pull it too high or it will roll (wearer error, so to say, nothing to do with the design).

Only drawbacks I have with it is that the legs don't have any rubber to help keep them in place and I would prefer the legs to be longer (below the knees, perhaps even passed the top of the calves) in this particular style.
