 Love this coat! January 6, 2009
The coat is high quality, just as I would expect from Esprit. Dealing with Amazon is another story. I have never had problems, but when I ordered it, I had moved and my credit card info had to be updated. I got an extra 10.00 off for a promotion being offered, once I figured out what was wrong and re-entered my CC information, I no longer got my discount. So, I was a little bummed about that, but still a good coat for the money.
