Shipping takes FOREVER.... December 24, 2006

I ordered and paid for this gift on December 8, 2006. Today is December 23, 2006 and it is yet to arrive. I received and email on that this was shipped December 9; however, in this email it says that it can take up to 21 days to arrive. It states in their listing of this item that it is only 4 to 5 additional days. Nothing should take this long and now I have to find another gift for someone at the last minute. I caution you to be very careful to NOT purchase this item if you need it in a reasonable amount of time.
