I love their ties. However.... October 21, 2008
I really love their ties. However, this one I got had a slight pull when I opened the box. I called up and they said they would replace it. I sent it back and when I got the replacement it had the same problem, but in a different place. I keep meaning to call them about it, but I have been away the last couple weeks on business and haven't found the time.
