 They sent me the wrong item! The inseam is only 8"! December 13, 2007

Like the other reviewer indicates in his review, I bought these shorts expecting a 10" inseam, but they arrived with an 8" inseam. The description lists these shorts as having a 10" inseam. I wish I had read his review before ordering! I called the store (1-800-569-9038) and in their system, this short DOES have an 8" inseam, so they think they sent me the appropriate item. They need to fix the info on this page! Anyway, I was determined not to have to pay return shipping for their error. I explained the situation, and they are sending me a FedEx slip with postage paid and I can return the shorts in that. So in the end, I will have to eat the costs of shipping the shorts TO me (they won't refund that) and of course, I never got the shorts I wanted. At least I don't have to pay to return them, thank goodness. Still-- it's annoying.

I love these Columbia shorts. Good pockets, durable fabric, not too hot. I use them for around-the-house chores on the weekend, then after a wash they are part of my wardrobe for going to University.
Completely dissatisfied September 12, 2007
Although the item was listed as having a 10" inseam, it only had an 8" inseam. Had I known this, I would never have purchased the shorts. Because of the inaccurate listing, I had to pay shipping both ways - for delivery and to return the item. In sum, I would never do business with this seller again.
